Sales & Rental Manager

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who simply likes to make money and is focused on team development. Strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team is also important. A desire to be successful is a fundamental requirement for this position. This is a full-time position.

At lease 1 season of relative Real Estate or similar industry experience is a must. Candidates must also have or obtain an active MA Real Estate Salespersons license. Management responsibilities will entail Hiring, Training & General Marketing. A reliable source a transportation is also a must. Candidate will be fully trained and all tools necessary will be provided to you. The systems and budget is already in place, this is and immediate opening with some flexibility on start date.

Compensation is extremely competitive, based on experience, unlimited potential with yearly bonuses. Ask about details in interview. Earnings are based on both individual and total office performance.
Realistic earning potential is ~$75K/year!
